How do I create an account?

To create an account, just click on the "Join Us" tab located in the navigation bar. Then just follow the instructions, and in a matter of a few seconds you will be ready to use Boss Revolution!


Do I need to have a credit card?

No, using a credit card is just one option. The other is going to a participating reseller to add funds, and you will enjoy the same great benefits that members who utilize a credit card do.

How can I login to my account?

  1. Just go to the Login page
  2. Type your ten digit registered phone number into the login name
  3. Your security code will be sent to your phone and you will also receive a call with an automated message that will provide you with your security code.
  4. The security code will function as your password for logging into your account online.

What is a Security Code? Why do I need one?

A security code is a four digit number that is assigned to your Boss Revolution account. The purpose of this number is for your protection. It works to protect you in two ways:

  1. To log into your account online
  2. If you want to make a call from a phone that is not registered to your account or if for some reason we do not recognize where you are calling from, we will require you to use your security code to make your call.

How do I get my Security Code?

After you register a four digit code will be sent to your phone. You will also receive a call with an automated message that will provide you with your security code.

I forgot my Security Code. How can I retrieve it?

  1. You can call 1-800-676-8312, and one of our representatives will assist you.
  2. You can click on forgot my security code, and your code will be texted to your phone.

How do I update my account information?

  1. Log into your Boss Revolution account
  2. Go to “Update Personal Details”
  3. After editing your information, click the Update button and your information should be saved.

What is the rate per minute to the country I call?

How do I add funds to my account?

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on the Recharge tab
  3. Now select the amount, credit card you want to use
  4. Click the Recharge button and your account should be recharged now

Do I need a long distance carrier on my phone to use the Boss Revolution Service?

No, you do not need a long distance carrier on your phone to use this service. However, if you are concerned that your access number may incur a long distance charge from your provider, you should contact your service provider to confirm.

Which access number should I use?

You will get the best rates if you use one of the non toll free access numbers. Your personal access number will be assigned to you when you open an account. Most calling plans allow you to call anywhere in the US at the same price. If you are unsure about your plan please check with your provider to insure that you will not incur an additional cost. Alternatively, for an extra 1.5 cents per minute you can use the toll free access numbers.

Why was my credit card declined?

There may be a few reasons why your credit card has been declined.

  1. You may have previously given us your credit card’s expiration date which has expired.
  2. Address you provided may not have matched the address on file with your credit card company.

Please look over your credit card and personal information to make sure that all the information given is accurate, and then please place your order again. If you are still not successful, please call customer service.

Can I safely enter my credit card number on your website?

Yes, all of our members’ personal information is stored safely behind our firewall. All online transactions are handled with the highest level of security. How do I make calls from a non-registered phone number?

  1. Dial the access number
  2. When prompted enter your account number followed by the four digit security code.

When you sign into you account there will be a tab called "register additional phone numbers". You will be able to add nine additional phone numbers to your account.

How do I earn my calling balance bonus?

In order to earn your calling balance bonus, the person you refer must:

  • Sign up online at www.bossrevolution.com (desktop or mobile)
  • Do their first recharge transaction with a credit card or debit card online or over the phone

What is International Mobile Top-Up?

Boss Revolution Mobile Top-Up is a service that allows you to recharge the cell phones of your loved ones back home. Topping up a prepaid mobile phone is a quick and easy process. All you need to know is your recipient's country, mobile phone operator ("carrier") and cell phone number.

Can I add balance to a domestic prepaid phone?

Yes, you can conveniently recharge prepaid mobile phones of your friends and family in the United States - including your own.

How do I complete a top-up online?

It's so easy!

  1. Select the recipient's Country and Carrier (for Domestic Top-Up, select Recipient's carrier).
  2. Choose the amount you would like to send (be sure to keep an eye out for special promotions that appear on the Order Request page from time to time).
  3. Enter the recipient's mobile number.
  4. Confirm your order details and payment information on the Order Summary page, and click "Place Order." The top-up is sent instantly, and both you and your recipient will receive confirmation of the transaction. Your credit card is only charged once the top-up is complete.

How much can I top up at one time?

Once you choose your recipient's country and carrier, the Order Request page will provide you with a dropdown menu containing the top-up denominations that are available for the destination you have selected.

In what format should I enter the recipient's mobile phone number?

Simply enter the phone number you want to top up. Do not enter country code, city code or dashes.

How fast is the top-up received?

This is dependent on the mobile carrier. We send your order request instantly to the mobile carrier you have selected. Most top-up requests happen instantly. However, there are times when the mobile carrier may experience a system delay that prevents the top-up from going through immediately. You and the recipient will get an SMS confirmation when the transaction has been completed successfully.

What happens if I topped up the wrong number?

Unfortunately, you cannot reverse the payment. Please double check that all the information on the Order Summary page is correct for the mobile phone you wish to top up before clicking the button to place your order.

What happens if I cannot top up a number?

Please be sure to select the correct carrier for the number you wish to top up. If you choose the incorrect carrier, the transaction will fail. Also, make sure you are topping up a prepaid mobile phone number. Mobile top-up does not work for post-paid phones.

What do I do if I receive an error during the transaction?

Follow the instructions presented to you in the message you received. Some errors require simply correcting a small typo in a phone number in order to allow the transaction to go through. If following the instructions does not solve the issue and you are still unsure of how to proceed, please contact Customer Service at 800-676-8312 for assistance.

What should I do if the person to whom I sent the top up did not receive it?

Please contact Customer Service and provide the details of your request: Transaction ID, recipient phone number, country and mobile operator. The customer service team will reach out to the mobile phone operator to determine what happened to the transaction. Occasionally, international mobile carriers experience temporary outages that interfere with top-up transactions. If you have received a "Pending" notification, please wait until you receive final confirmation of the status of your transaction before contacting Customer Service.

Why do I need to register with Boss Revolution?

To complete your order, you'll need to set up a new account. Once completed, you can access your Top Up order history as well as place a reorder. And, as an added bonus, you'll receive $1 FREE in international calling with your Boss Revolution pinless dialing service.

Can I safely enter my credit card number on your website?

What are the charges for using the Boss Revolution Mobile App?

The Boss Revolution Mobile App is free to download with no monthly charges or commitments.

I already have a Boss Revolution account. Will the app connect to my existing account?

Yes, the app is an extension of your existing account. Simply download and activate the app and you can start making calls immediately, using your existing Boss Revolution calling balance.

If you do not yet have a Boss Revolution account, simply download the app and we will create a free trial account for you with a $1 balance to start making international calls.

Can I use the app when I am not in the US?

Yes, you can. To avoid roaming charges from your mobile carrier, use Wi-Fi access.

Can I add additional phone numbers to my account?

Yes. Additional numbers can be registered to your account via the Boss Revolution online Account Center at bossrevolution.com. All registered numbers on the account can download the app and make calls, however, only the primary registered phone number can add funds to the account.

Does the Boss Revolution Mobile App replace my current cellular plan/provider?

The Boss Revolution Mobile App does NOT replace your current cellular plan or provider. The Boss Revolution Mobile App is a free downloadable app for your Android device that lets you use your Boss Revolution account to make international calls conveniently and inexpensively. You will use your mobile carrier plan to access the Boss Revolution platform. You may select your access choice -- using your cellular minutes or your data plan or you may choose to use Wi-Fi if it is available.

How many contacts can be stored in the Boss Revolution Mobile App contact list?

The Boss Revolution Mobile App will sync all of your current Android contacts. You will be able to access all contacts stored in your phone's native address book within the Boss Revolution Mobile App, simply by tapping on Contacts. We recommend that you set up a Favorites list within the app of the international numbers you call most frequently in order to make calling from the Boss Revolution Mobile App even easier.

Can I install the Boss Revolution Mobile App on multiple phones?

Yes, you can install the Boss Revolution Mobile App on multiple phones. Any number registered on your account can download the app for free and access your account. However, only the primary registered number is authorized to add funds to the account.

Can I use the Boss Revolution Mobile App on my Android Tablet or Apple iPad?

The Boss Revolution Mobile App can be used from your Android tablet or Apple iPad, as long you have an active SIM card associated with the device.

How easy is it to install the Boss Revolution Mobile App on my Android device?

VERY EASY!

If you are using our Android app for Boss Revolution, you can add funds and manage your account directly in the app. However, due to iTunes restrictions, if you are using the iPhone app for Boss Revolution, you can add funds online at bossrevolution.com. All account activity will be reflected in your app.

May I pay with a check or money order?

No. Currently the Boss Revolution Mobile App does not accept check or money order as a method of payment. However, you can add funds to your Boss Revolution account using cash at any participating Boss Revolution retailer nationwide.

My free trial is almost over. What do I do now?

It's easy to set up your account to continue to use Boss Revolution for your international calling.

If you are using the Boss Revolution Android app, simply add funds within the app. If you are using the iPhone app, visit bossrevolution.com and click on "add funds." You will need to log in with your mobile number and security code. If you do not recall your security code, click on "Forgot Security Code" and we will text it to you immediately.

You may also add funds to your account at any participating Boss Revolution retailer or using a prepaid Boss Revolution Recharge Card online at bossrevolution.com or over the phone.

How do you protect my credit card information?
